YouTube Comment Automater
Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: October 15, 2026
This legal document is provided in English. The English version is authoritative.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using YouTube Comment Automater, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and use each connected platform. You are responsible for your account credentials, keeping access secure, and activity performed through accounts you authorize.
3. Connected third-party accounts
Connecting YouTube, Google, or TikTok authorizes the service to perform only actions supported by the permissions you grant and features you choose. You may disconnect supported accounts through Settings.
4. Creator content and ownership
You retain ownership of your videos, captions, automation responses, templates, links, and other content. You grant the service a limited, non-exclusive right to store and process that content only as necessary to provide upload, publication, scheduling, automation, analytics, import, and related operational functions you request.
5. Rights and permissions
You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for content you upload, publish, republish, schedule, or associate with music, audio, trademarks, affiliate links, and other material. You remain responsible for complying with copyright, publicity, advertising, and platform requirements.
6. Publishing and scheduling
You choose whether and when to publish. YouTube and other platforms ultimately control acceptance, processing, availability, and publication. Scheduled or immediate publishing depends on their systems and cannot be guaranteed to occur without delay or interruption.
7. Automatic replies
Comment automation operates according to creator configuration, saved eligibility rules, and platform availability. You are responsible for response text, links, keywords, and other configured behavior. Automatic replies should not be used for deceptive, abusive, or unlawful activity.
8. Templates
Reusable templates are creator-controlled configurations. Applying a template may cause its configured responses to be evaluated and used across the videos selected by the creator.
9. Affiliate and product links
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of affiliate or product links and for disclosures required by law, platform rules, or affiliate-program terms.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity; access accounts without authorization; distribute malicious material; interfere with the service; bypass security or usage controls; or use connected platforms contrary to their applicable rules.
11. Third-party services
Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other connected providers are independent services governed by their own terms. Changes, outages, enforcement actions, permission restrictions, and API limits at those providers may affect the service.
12. Availability and changes
The service may evolve, add or remove features, impose reasonable limits, or undergo maintenance. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
13. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, prolonged operational risk, or a material violation of these Terms.
14. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or losses caused by third-party platform decisions or outages. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from your content, misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
17. Governing law
No specific jurisdiction is selected in this version of the Terms. Governing law and venue will be determined under applicable law unless the creator and service operator agree otherwise.
18. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
19. Contact
For questions about these Terms, contact the service administrator who issued your account access.
