Data deletion
Effective and last updated: October 15, 2026
This legal document is provided in English. The English version is authoritative.
Request deletion of BRILLA data
Sign in to BRILLA and open Settings, Account, Delete BRILLA account. Review the confirmation and type DELETE BRILLA to submit your request. If you cannot access your account, contact contact the service administrator who issued your account access for help.
Submitting a request records it for review. Automatic deletion is not enabled yet while account ownership and the deletion process are being completed. No data is deleted and no social authorization is revoked by this request. New publishing and other external processing for the workspace are paused once the request is recorded.
What BRILLA stores
Depending on the features you use, BRILLA may store account and connection information, encrypted social access and refresh tokens, imported social metadata, uploaded or prepared source media, drafts, publishing history, comments and automation settings, analytics, affiliate/product links and reusable templates.
Older records whose workspace ownership has not been verified are quarantined. They are not automatically assigned to the person who signs in or included in a user-controlled deletion action. Review may be required to establish ownership safely.
Disconnecting and deleting are different
Disconnecting a social account stops its local connection. It does not delete your BRILLA account or all stored BRILLA data. A BRILLA deletion request does not itself delete posts from YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
Track or discuss a request
After submitting, save your confirmation code and status-page link. The public status page shows only the request stage, without account or social-profile details. Keep the code private. For questions, access problems or help identifying your data, contact contact the service administrator who issued your account access. We do not promise a deletion deadline on this page.
